Iylish Dunn
Assistant Operations Manager
Who inspires you as an Assistant Operations Manager (AOM)?
Someone who inspires me in their role is my previous OM, Mackenzye Clifton. She started as a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) and grew super fast within our market. She never backs down from a challenge and always wants to learn. She has taught me so much about communication, change management, leadership, and mentorship. I aspire to be like her someday—not only enhancing the lives of our families but also the lives of our teammates.
What’s your favorite ABC memory?
My favorite ABC memory is attending a former child’s graduation from our program after I transitioned into operations. It was a day I'll never forget, as I was able to reconnect with her family and truly see the impact we made on their lives.
Which core value represents your leadership style?
The core value of "Excellence" best represents my leadership style. At our Gruene, Texas, center, we strive to provide the highest quality of care to our children and families. We work hard and play hard, always hungry to be the best we can be and cheering each other on to achieve this.
