Very happy with ABC and all the therapists. They are all so sweet and nice, always willing to help in any way they can. My son loves going to "school" everyday and loves his therapists so much. I always leave with a peace of mind knowing they are taking good care of him and as a parent, that is the most important thing. We are so lucky to be part of the ABC family. I cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely happy with everyone here.
The staff here is on point! I would highly recommend registering in this ABA program. Our son is 4 years old and has shown major improvement since he’s been enrolled (1.5 months). Never have had a bad experience, all of the therapists here are very good with all children from what I’ve witnessed. The director always greets us at the door at drop off and pick up with a very positive attitude. We have really enjoyed the warmth from this center! Our child has progressed very well in the little time that he has attended. Would rate 10 stars if possible! If you’re looking for a kind and compassionate environment for your children, would definitely consider ABC.

The M-CHAT
Children 3 and younger
The Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers (M-CHAT) helps parents assess their child's risk for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). By answering questions about their child’s behavior, parents receive an autism risk score. This score can help parents decide if their child needs a more thorough evaluation.

The Childhood Autism Spectrum Test (CAST), previously called the Childhood Asperger Syndrome Test, is an online questionnaire designed for parents. It asks about symptoms related to autism, such as issues with communication.

Frequently asked questions
View all FAQsWhat is ABA therapy, and how does it work?
Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy is an evidence-based treatment for autism that uses positive reinforcement and play-based techniques to help children reduce target behaviors and learn new skills.
ABA therapy, like that administered at Action Behavior Centers, is tailored to the individual needs of the child.
When is the best time for my child to begin ABA therapy?
The earlier, the better! Clinical research has shown that children with autism who start ABA therapy early (around age 2) are more likely to reach important developmental milestones. It also increases their chances of starting school on time alongside their peers. In fact, some children progress so well with early treatment that by the time they reach school age, they are functioning at the same level as their neurotypical classmates.
These children often have some things in common: they were diagnosed and treated early.
Does ABA therapy work for autism?
Yes! Every child with autism is unique, and some children experience more significant progress with ABA therapy than others. However, studies show that children who receive two or more years of intensive behavioral interventions, such as ABA therapy, can often participate in school and social activities at the same level as their peers.
Does ABA therapy mean my child is “stuck” at a table all day repeating the same tasks?
No way! At Action Behavior Centers, we create an exciting environment for learning. While sitting at a table may be a developmental goal for school readiness, there are so many other skills to learn and fun to have.
Our centers feature designated “Eats and Crafts” spaces that are used daily for exciting activities. Circle Time, another daily event, brings therapists, BCBAs, and children together to sing, laugh, and learn. Children can also participate in energetic, therapist-led activities like group exercises and sensory rooms.
