Which core value represents your leadership style?

The core value of "Learning" best represents my leadership style. I challenge myself daily to learn something new from someone. Here at Action, we have some of the most beautiful minds, and I intend to grow by surrounding myself with truly brilliant people.

How would you describe your team's culture?

The best way to describe Team Chicago is through imagery. You know the moment when you come home after a long vacation? You feel a sense of peace, excitement, calmness, and joy. That is what it feels like to walk into a Chicago ABA center. You are surrounded by family and you feel absolute peace, knowing you are exactly where you need to be.

‍What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Watching the strongest clinical leaders and operational leaders step into their dream roles. I watch them with humility as they make monumental waves within our community for one reason: the children and families we serve!
